Bring a question to Sabbath School

Plan a reading reference and a question for each day from Sunday to Sabbath. Use your own Bible and current lesson guide; this worksheet gives your study week a place to take shape.

Prepare your study week

Choose references from your own Bible and lesson guide. This planner does not generate or supply the current lesson. Keep names and private details off this page. Nothing you enter is saved or sent.

An independent personal plan. Use your church's own lesson or prayer resources alongside it.

Begin with the lesson and your Bible

The General Conference Sabbath School and Personal Ministries department describes Bible study and prayer alongside fellowship and local and global mission. A study plan is one small part of that broader life. It gives you a place to prepare for a conversation, not an alternative official lesson.

Choose your current guide through the official resources below. This page does not fetch, reproduce or generate quarterly lesson material. Put the references you intend to read into the worksheet, then use your own Bible for the passage.

Read through the week, not only at the last moment

Select Sunday, Monday or another day and add a reading reference. The question field can hold something you want to understand, discuss or revisit. A short specific question often gives you more to bring to a group than a long copied passage.

The days are a repeatable planning pattern, not a date-aware quarterly calendar. You can use them for the coming Sabbath or a later week. Each day keeps its entries while you move between the controls.

Make room for the household you have

If you study with family, choose a manageable passage and invite one observation from each person who wants to take part. Keep the plan suitable for the people present rather than treating a full worksheet as the aim.

For younger Adventurer families, the separate short family worship planner provides reading, activity and prayer time. For this weekly sheet, leave names and private circumstances out of the questions; keep the focus on the passage and the discussion.

Plan a short family worship time

Prepare for Sabbath without another deadline

On Friday, gather your Bible, lesson guide and any question you want to bring. If you plan around sunset, use the Sabbath-times calculator for your chosen location. The study planner itself makes no sunset calculation or reminder.

Print or save the whole week before closing the page if you want to take it with you. At the group, be ready to listen as well as ask. A question left open can become the beginning of the next week’s study rather than a box you failed to complete.

Questions

Does this supply the current quarterly lesson?

No. Use the official lesson resources and your own Bible. This worksheet holds only the references and questions you enter, and only for this visit.

Is the plan tied to actual dates or sunset?

No. It uses Sunday-to-Sabbath labels. Use the separate Sabbath-times calculator if you need sunset for a location.

Are my study notes kept for next week?

No. They disappear when you reload or leave. Print, copy or download the whole week if you want to keep it.
